Meat Loaf:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg (beaten)
3/4 cup milk

Sauce:
1/3 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients for the meat loaf and mix thoroughly. Pack firmly into a loaf pan. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the meat loaf. Bake for about an hour and then let stand for about 5 minutes before slicing.
