2 Eggs
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 Cup Shortening
4 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Small can Crushed Pineapple
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Nuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, cream together eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and shortening. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and add alternately to sugar mixture along with the pineapple. Fold in vanilla and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400º for 12 mins.
