1 1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 small eggs
3 tsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Roll into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Cover the bottom of a glass with margarine and sugar. Flatten the sugar cookie balls with the glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
