3 eggs, beaten
1.5 c Sugar
2 c Flour (sifted)
Pinch salt
1/8 tsp. anise oil or 1 tsp anise extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs and add the sugar slowly. Beat in mixer for 15 minutes.
Add flour, pinch of salt and anise oil.

On a greased cookie sheet, drop from spoon. (Nana's notes say to grease with oil.)

Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Top should not brown.
