1 c sugar
1 egg

Mix all together, shape into balls the size of a walnut and dip into sugar. Put on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick coating and flatten cookie balls with a fork in criss cross pattern.Bake about 12 min. at 350 degrees. Makes about 26 cookies

Harper and I like to make these together. They are so simple she can do a lot of it by herself. Sometimes if we are feeling really fancy we put an unwrapped Hershey kiss on the cookie when it is still warm.
