2 T olive oil
1 diced onion
1/2 C diced celery
1/2 C diced bell pepper
1 1/2 t diced garlic
1 C diced ham
1 C sliced link sausage
2 Cans Rotel
3 Cans Ranch Beans
1 Can chicken broth
1/2 t thyme
2 bay leaves
1 C raw Minute Rice

Directions:

Simmer 15 minutes and serve.
I use one can of the HOT Rotel to give it some bite.
For all white soup (Leslie's favorite), I use Asiago and Spinach chicken sausage and cannellini, navy, chickpeas, great northern beans.
