3 Cups Corn Meal
1 tsp salt
1 lg Onion, chopped fine
1 Can Cream Style Corn
1 Cup Wesson Oil
1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
2 Eggs
2 Jalapeño Peppers (Chopped)
4 T Sour Cream
1 1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

Mix all of ingredients together, pour into buttered skillet and bake at 400º for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven.
