2 cups AP flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup (2 sticks) sweet cream butter
1 cup gran. sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon zest
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 cup chopped dried cherries
1 pkg. (12 oz.) white chocolate morsels

1. Sift dry ingredients Preheat oven to 350
2. Cream butter and sugar together.
3. Add eggs one at a time, the vanilla and zest.
4. Add flour mix to buttter mix.
5. Add nuts, coconut, cherries and morsels.
6. Drop by teaspoonfuls.
7. Bake 12-15 mins. at 350 untill bottoms are golden brown.
8. Cool on cookie sheets until firm.

Substitute oatmeal for coconut or cranraisins for cherries
