1/2 cup white rice
chicken pieces for 2 - 4 people
1 stick butter
1 cup water
1 package Lipton dry Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Put uncooked rice in the bottom of a casserole pan. Lay chicken pieces on top of that. Put blobs of butter on top of the chicken and the rice.
Add water then sprinkle Lipton soup evenly over all.
Bake in a preheated 350º oven for one hour. Check once halfway through to see if you need to add more water.
