1 cup (250 ml) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup (175 ml) brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
1 tsp (5mL) vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 (550 ml) All Purpose flour
1 tsp (5mL) baking soda
1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
i pkg (225g) white chocolate chips
1 pkg (270g) milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup (125 ml) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
2. Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla in bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until incorporated. Stir in white and milk chocolate chips. Drizzle in melted semi-sweet chocolate chips, stirring carefully to create marble effect.
3. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls (15mL) onto prepared cookie sheets, 2" (5cm) apart.
4. Bake in centre of preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are golden and just set. Cool on sheet for 3 minutes. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
Tips:
Cookies can be stored in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
Cookie dough can be frozen. Bake right from the freezer and increase baking time by 5 minutes.
