1c. melted butter

Filling:
32 oz of softened cream cheese (four large)

Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter. Make the crust by patting into a 9x 13 pan on the bottom and up as high as you can on the sides of the pan. Place in pre-heated oven 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Creme the creme cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs for the filling. Place in the crust and bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes even though it won't look done. Let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes. Raise the oven to 450 degrees and make the topping. Mix with mixer sour creme, sugar and vanilla. Put the topping on and bake an additional 5 minutes in 450 degree oven. Remove from oven and, with a fork, slide the graham cracker sides down onto the cheesecake to form a rim. Add fresh berries for a garnish on the top when serving. This is Ken's favorite!

Personal Notes:
Family Memories from Ken: I remember walking the wall at the cemetery while the men at the reunion played washers; playing miniature golf in Evansville, going to the covered bridge to tell scary stories and lighting hair spray cans at the dump! Good Times!!
