1-2 c. fresh pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp. salt
4 c. water

Dry roasting:
1 1/2 c. fresh pumpkin seeds
2 tsp [plus] melted butter
Pinch of salt

Optional seasonings:
Pepper
Garlic salt
Seasoning salt
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire salt
Cinnamon-sugar

Soaking method:
Remove seeds from pumpkin. Clean off pulp and rinse. Make a salt water solution in a bowl; change salt quantity to your taste. Soak pumpkin seeds in salt water for about 1 hour; drain. Spread seeds onto greased cookie sheet [and sprinkle with additional seasoning(s) if desired]. Bake at 375º F for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Dry roasting method:
Preheat oven to 300º F. Toss seeds with melted butter and salt [and sprinkle with additional seasoning(s) if desired]. Spread seeds in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake about 45 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
