2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1-1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
6 cups sliced potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1 onion sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour and salt. Add milk slowly, stir til thickens. Add potatoes, heat til boiling. Put in greased casserole. Drizzle 1 tbsp melted butter on top. Bake 350º for 1 hour or until potatoes are fully cooked.
