4 lbs. of flour
1 lb. of melted butter
1 1/8 lbs of sugar (2 cups + 2 ounces)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of malhab
1 yeast cake
¼ cup of oil
1 qt less 1/8 qt. of milk (3 cups + 4 ounces)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and butter and oil together
Rub for 10 minutes or 20 minutes.
Add sugar in warm milt together then add yeast cake.
Let rise for 4 or 5 hours.

Preheat oven 400 degrees then cook 375 degrees.

(Dissolve yeast cake in warm milk, all spikes has to be ground fine and the sugar has to be melted)

Converter:
2 cups butter = 1 lb.
4 cups milk = 1 qt.
4 cups flour = 1 lb.
2 cups of sugar = 1 lb.
2 ½ cups of confectionary sugar = 1 lb.
2 tablespoon of butter = 1 ounce
