3 cups + 2 tablespoons of flour
1 cup + 1 tablespoon confectionary sugar
1 cup melted purified butter blend.

Directions:
Directions:
Put 3 cups + 2 tablespoons of flour in a bowl.
Add 1 cup + 1 tablespoons confectionary sugar sift together.
Add 1 cup melted purified butter blend with blender meidaum speed until you can handle to make small round balls.
Make small round balls and pat down then make a hole in middle of ball to shape like a doughnuts.
Bake in 350 degree oven.

Put a half blanch almond in pan of sides when almond is light light brown until they are cooked.
Also put 2 half blanched almond on white doughnuts before you bake also the almonds in pan. Teflon pan sheet is good to bade with. After cool sift (sprinkle) confectionary sugar on each cookie.

Purifying butter
To purify butter you melt on slow fire until all is settled on bottom and pure butter is on top. Strain and make sure you don’t burn. About 20 minutes to ½ hour.
