1 Cup shortening
3 Cups flour
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
1 Cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 Teaspoons vanilla
3 Tablespoons sweet milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crumb together shortening, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sweet milk. Chill mixture overnight.
The next day roll cookies out and cut into desired shapes. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º until edges are light brown (about 10 minutes).
