Bottom Layer
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
3 T. powdered sugar

Middle Layer
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
9 oz carton cool whip

Top Layer
2 packages lemon instant pudding (or chocolate)
2 1/2 cups milk

Bottom Layer
Mix ingredients for pie crust. Pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake 350º for 10-15 min

Middle Layer
Beat ingredients until light and fold in cool whip, put on pie crust

Top Layer
Mix ingredients and add to top. Add more whip cream to top.

*Mom would change the lemon to chocolate pudding, for Carol.
