Preheat oven 350

2 C. Flour
1 C. Sugar
3/4 C. Butter softened
1/3 C.Light Molasses
3 T. Milk
1 Egg
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves
1/8 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
Sugar for rolling

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, butter, molasses, milk, egg, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt in Large bowl.

2. Beat on low speed for 2 to 3 minutes until well blended.

3. Cover refridgerate until firm enough to handle at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. Shape rounded tsp. od dough into 1" balls.

5. Roll in sugar

6. Place 2" apart on a ungreased cookie sheet.

7. Bake 10-12 minutes or until slightly firm to touch

8. Remove immediately
