1 ½ c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla

3 c. flour
1 t. soda
1 t. salt

1 ½ c. chop pecans
3 c. chop raw apples ( sm bite sizes)

1 c. brown sugar
¼ c. milk
1 stick margarine

Directions:

Mix: 1 ½ c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla

Sift together:
3 c. flour, 1 t. soda, 1 t. salt

Add & mix together:

Fold in 1 ½ c. chop pecans & 3 c. chop raw apples ( sm bite sizes)

Bake in greased bundt cake pan 350 degrees – 1 hour 20 min. Test with knife

Topping - Mix in saucepan & Cook 3 min.
1 c. brown sugar
¼ c. milk
1 stick margarine

Pour over cake while hot…letting it run down sides of cake.
