1 c. sugar
1c. brown sugar
1 c. softened butter
1c. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
about 20 mini Snicker candy bars- unwrapped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º In large bowl, combine sugars, butter, peanut butter, vanilla & eggs- Beat until well creamed. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and soda and salt - mix well. Add to sugar mixture and mix until dough forms.
Take small blobs of dough and shape around each mini candy bar making sure it is covered completely.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet placing about 4 " apart.
Bake for 12-18 minutes or until light golden brown and puffy looking.
Cool for 5- 10 minutes on cookie sheets then remove to racks.
