1 cup unsweetened almond milk or low fat milk. 1/2 cup plain low fat greek yogurt (or mashed banana or applesauce). 1/4 cup peanut flour (PB2) or 2 Tbsp melted natural peanut butter. 1/4tsp sea salt. 2 Tbsp baking Stevia. 1 Cup Oats. 1/4 cup peanut butter protein powder

Mix together all ingredients.

Chill overnight or at least 1 hour for oats to soak up liquids.
