8 strips of bacon or ham, sliced
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon or ham in skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towel.
Combine eggs, milk, baking mix, melted butter and pepper in blender. Cover and blend 15 seconds or until well mixed. Pour mixture into greased 9" glass pie plate. Sprinkle with bacon or ham and cheese. Gently press bacon and cheese below the surface, using back of spoon.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edges comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
