1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 (12oz) can eval milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1 cup sugar

1 box yellow cake mix
2 stick melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Icing -
1 8oz cream cheese softened
3/4 cup cool whip
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix top 5 ingredients well. Pour into 13x9 inch pan lined with greased waxed paper.

Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin. Pat down lightly with hand. Distribute pecans over cake mix and pour butter over all.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Cool completely before removing from pan. When cold, turn out of pan and remove wax paper.

Icing - Cream powdered sugar with cream cheese. Fold in cool whip. Frost cake.
