1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Preheat oven to 450°.
In a medium bowl, sift together flour and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk until just combined
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients then stir until just blended.
In a heavy 12 inch skillet, melt butter until hot and frothy.
Pour batter into skillet and transfer quickly to oven.
Bake 20 – 25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
Do NOT open oven during baking!
Serve immediately. Garnishes can be: confectioners sugar, maple syrup, apple butter
or fruit with whipped cream.
