1 cup white Karo corn syrup
1 cup dark Karo corn syrup
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp. flour
pinch salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 cups nuts, halves or chopped
2 unbaked 9" deep dish pie crusts

For one pie, this is the Karo Syrup version:
1 cup Karo
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir the first 8 ingredients together, using a spoon. Mix in pecans. Pour into pie crusts. Bake on center of oven for 60-70 minutes. When done, center should spring back when touched lightly. If crust is over-browning, cover edges with foil. Cool.

For Thanksgiving dinner, my mother would always bring her pecan pies.

For an easier version, buy a frozen EDWARDS pecan pie. Defrost, cut and enjoy! They are the best!
