1 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. chicken, sliced thin
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
4 Tbsp. soy sauce [or coconut aminos]
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. bite-sized broccoli florets [opt.]
1/3-1 c. green onions
5 eggs

For serving:
Cooked rice
2 sheets nori (seaweed), crushed, or furikake with nori [opt.]

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in oil. Add broth, soy sauce, and sugar; stir in broccoli, if using. Cook chicken until tender.

Add green onions. Beat eggs slightly and pour evenly over the chicken. Cook eggs until coddled (scrambled). Pour chicken, egg, and sauce mixture over bowls of rice. Sprinkle nori or furikake on top.
