Yellow food coloring

For each egg use 2 T of Milk and 2 t salt, add flour till you can't stir anymore. Divide in 4 portions, knead flour in portions....if dough is right it will keep shrinking back. Dry for 2-4 hours (depending on humidity), turn even 1/2 hour. Cut and let dry more. Cook in boiling broth 10-12 minutes and stir to make sure they don't stick.

Hint: You can make these ahead of time and freeze them. take them out and let dry on table until ready to use.
