12 medium apples
3/4 c sugar
3 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, pare, quarter, and core apples.
Place in pot.
Add water about 1/2 inch deep in pot.
Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Sweeten to taste with sugar and again bring to boil.
Mash until chunky.
Season with cinnamon.
