1 box yellow cake mix
1lb container of ricotta
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
4 eggs beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ricotta cheese with sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Prepare cake mix and pour into prepared pan.[9x13]
Pour cheese mixture over cake batter swirl lightly.
Bake 350* for 1 hour. Cool and sprinkle with powered sugar.

I often serve each piece with a few raspberries and drizzle with raspberry jelly or jam.
