1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup margerine or butter
1 egg
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup butterscotch chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margerine and sugars until fluffy.
Add egg, milk and vanilla, mix well.
Stir flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together then add to sugar mixture.
Stir in oatmeal and chips.
Drop 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350 - 10 - 15 mins. (I bake mine for 12 mins).
