4 eggs
1 c. oil
2-10oz pkg strawberries
3 c. flour 1 tsp each cinnamon, baking soda, salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs til light & fluffy. Add sugar, oil, and thawed strawberries. Combine flour, soda, cinnamon, & salt, sift together. Combine and mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. 350* for 1 hr. and 10 minutes.

For an added touch, serve with strawberry butter.
2 sticks butter 1/2 c. strawberry jam.
