1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together with a mixer. Add eggs and bananas and mix well. Mix sour cream and baking soda together and add alternatively with the flour to the banana mixture, mixing well. Stir in nuts. Place batter in a greased, bread loaf pan and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Makes 1 loaf: freezes well.
