2 cups gluten free flour blend
4-5 very ripe mashed bananas
1/2 cup sugar (or honey, maple syrup, etc)
1/2 cup dairy-free "butter" or margarine
2 eggs
2 tbsp almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2-1 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F, lightly grease loaf pan.

In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. In separate bowl, cream together "butter" and sugar. Stir in eggs, milk, vanilla, and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture and chocolate chips into the flour mixture. Stir to moisten and pour into loaf pan.

Bake 50-55 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
