1/2 cup margarine
1/8 tsp salt
3 cups icing sugar
9 T. cocoa
3 T. oil
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Using electric mixer, beat together margarine, salt, and 1 cup icing until light and fluffy. Mix cocoa and oil together, then add to margarine mixture. Add remaining icing sugar alternating with milk and vanilla. Mix well to form a smooth icing.
