16 oz Cream Cheese
1/3 cup or more chopped or grated celery
2 tsp. chopped or grated onion
1 tsp seasoning salt
19 oz crushed pineapple, well drained (I use extra)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Walnuts for top if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients and form into a ball.
Roll in walnuts if desired and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least 6-8 hours. Serve with crackers.
