Ingredients:  
2 eggs well beaten
1¾ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
¼ tsp. salt
4 cups rhubarb cut in 1" pieces
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, flour and salt, add to
rhubarb. Mix well. Put in unbaked pie
shell. Dot with butter. Place lattice crust
on top. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes,
reduce heat to 350º, bake 30 minutes.
