4 eggs
2 c. white sugar
1.5 c. oil
1 small can of pumpkin
3 c. all purpose flour
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly with fork. Add sugar, oil, pumpkin and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Stir in raisins. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.

(Optional: Top with vanilla frosting.)
