1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. flour
5 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
12-16 oz. grated cheddar cheese
salt
pepper
5 potatoes
1 green pepper
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot mix oil, flour, and milk. Over medium heat stir and once it starts to thicken and add soup. Then add the cheese. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. Grease dish and heat oven to 350º. Peel and slice potatoes. Dice green pepper and onion. Cover bottom of dish with sauce. Layer potatoes, then peppers and onions. Cover with sauce. Repeat until all is used. Try to leave 1 inch from the top. Cook about 2 1/2 hours. Cook covered and then uncover for last 30 minutes.
