48 Hershey's Kisses
1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Remove wrappers from Hershey's chocolates.
Preheat oven to 375º.
Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Add flour to butter mixture; blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Mold a scant tablespoon of dough around each chocolate Kiss, covering completely. Shape into balls or keep the triangle shape. These cookies will not rise when baked. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 - 12 min. Cool slightly then remove to wire rack to cool completely. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.

I made these for a party and they were the hit. They freeze well also. They use no eggs but lots of butter! Cute and chocolatey.
