1 lb lean ground beef
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 3/4 cans water
1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-2 oz. chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Add olive oil to large pan and brown beef until crumbly. Add onions, celery and soups and stir. Add water, rice, soy sauce and pepper. Stir ingredients together thoroughly. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes. Then cover with chinese noodles and bake for 15 minutes longer.
