5 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
1 container Panko Bread Crumbs (plain)
1/2 - 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cups Milk
Extra Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Seasonings for Bread Crumbs:
Basil, Italian Seasoning, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper. (approximately 2 tsp. each)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak chicken breasts in milk. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and seasonings.
Remove chicken from milk and dredge into breadcrumb mixture.
Place on cookie sheet, sprayed with Pam and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

Cook for 25-35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink or reaches an internal temperature of 165-170 degrees.
