1 cup raisins
Pour 2/3 cup boiling water, 1 tsp instant coffee and 1 tsp cinnamon over raisins. Set aside to cool.

1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together and then add the raisin mixture and mix again. Bake in 370º oven for 20 minutes. Cool, ice, and top with chopped nuts.
