10 oz. frozen broccoli
1 beaten egg
1 can cream-style corn
1 T. grated onion
3/4 c. cracker crumbs (save some for the top)
2 strips diced bacon, partially cooked (more if wanted)
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil broccoli in salt water for 1 minute. Mix corn, onion, egg, bacon and crumbs. Arrange broccoli in greased pan. Pour mixture over and sprinkle with cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
