Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is French-Canadian traditional recipe for a meat pie also known as Tourtiere with a light crust.

Served warm or cold.

Prepared the traditional way, this takes a long time to prepare.
We mostly remember having relatives show up at family gatherings with this traditional dish vs.our spending the long hours preparing it!
