8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
2-1/2 oz. jar dried beef, cut into small pieces
2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt




Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and milk, stir in beef, onion and seasonings - mix

Fold in sour cream. Spread into 8" dish.

Heat together pecans, salt and butter. Sprinkle over cheese mix.

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, or until set.

Note: Remaining 1/2 jar of beef can be frozen.
