1 bag cranberries
1 cup sugar
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup red wine (optional)
¼ cup water (or ½ cup if not using wine)

Directions:
Directions:
Pick through the berries to make sure no stems or bad ones are in there.

Bring liquids and sugar to a boil. Add the cranberries and bring back up to a boil.

Reduce to a simmer and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Put in bowl and let cool.

Optional add-ins to be added with the berries: chopped apple, chopped pear, walnuts, dried cranberries

I know everyone thinks cranberry sauce goes on turkey, but I personally believe it belongs on rolls and used like jam.
