1/2 lb sweet butter
1/2 lb cream cheese
2 eggs
2 1/2 to 3 cups flour
Pinch of salt

Filling:
2 cups sugar
1/2 lb light raisins (leave whole)
1/4 lb walnuts
Cinnamon

Dough:
Cream the cream cheese and butter. Add eggs and flour and small pinch of salt.
Knead mixture until it becomes soft enough to roll.
Chill overnight in refrigerator. In morning, take out and let mixture stand until it becomes soft enough to roll.

Mix filling ingredients together.
Divide dough into 4 or 5 parts.
Roll each part like a noodle dough (paper thin).
Melt some butter and spread over dough, then sprinkle dough with the filling mixture.
Cut the dough into V shapes (2 1/2 to 3 inches on each side) and roll from the wide end. You must tuck in the ends to hold the mixture.
Bake at 375° until brown.
