Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 well beaten eggs – at room temperature
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt.
Combine eggs and milk – stir into flour mixture.
Add butter and beat 1 minute.
Fill greased custard cups 3/4 full.

Bake 25 minutes at 450° the reduce heat to 350° for 15 minutes.
Make slits at sides.
