1 cup flour
1/2 teas. Paprika
1/4 teas. Mustard
Pinch cayenne
1/2 cup butter
2 cups shredded medium or old cheddar cheese
Poppy seeds or sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, paprika, dry mustard and cayenne.
In separate bowl cream butter and blend cheese in gradually.
Stir dry ingredients into butter and cheese mixture.

Shape into rolls about 1 1/2" diameter.
Wrap rolls in waxed paper or plastic wrap and chill.
Slice into 1/2" slices and place on greased baking sheet.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds.

Bake at 400º for 8-10 minutes.
