1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
3 TBSP skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º
In large bowl combine peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar; mix well. Stir in eggs, milk and vanilla. Add flour baking soda and salt. Mix ingredients until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
Using teaspoon drop cookies 2" apart on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with cup dipped in granulated sugar. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet for 3 to 5 minutes then transfer to cooling rack.
